Yes! On all our products, we can make personalized engraving.
Just when placing an order, write us what you need to change. And we will make a layout how an engraving will look.

The processing time is usually 1-3 business days whatever you ordered. Please keep in mind we do not work on holidays and weekends. The production of the order and its delivery are different processes which have their own time.

The delivery time is about 10-15 business days to deliver your package to the US, Europe takes 10-14 business days. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America and Asia - 15-25 business days.

When placing an order, you can choose Express delivery:
USA - 5-7 working days
Europe - 5-7 business days
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America and Asia - 10-14 business days

Please note that international shipping can sometimes take longer and there may be customs delays.

We take full responsibility for our products, shipping & delivery. And in case of DAMAGE during delivery or loss, we will gladly send you new product. So there are no reasons to be worried :)

Our products are of the high quality. We enjoy the process of making wooden things, so we are very attentive to each step of production.

Don't worry! When the package leaves Ukraine and is on the way to your country, tracking system doesn't show its location. It doesn't mean that package got lost, it means package was not scanned in your country yet.

We take full responsibility for our products. We are ready to ship you the replacement if something was lost or damaged. The pictures of the damaged package or details would be useful!
