We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if an item does not suit your needs due to its shape, dimensions, style, color, or another reason that prevents you from using it as intended.

You must return the item or dispatch the return shipment within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

All return shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are non-refundable.
The item must remain in its original condition, retaining its consumer properties, tags, seals, and original packaging.
If there are signs of use, damage, or missing components, the refund amount may be reduced upon agreement with the seller.
Funds are returned to the original payment method within a few business days of the item's receipt and inspection.
Personalized items are eligible for return if they meet the conditions stated above.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must retain their original appearance and functionality, along with their original tags, seals, packaging, and all included components.

If an item is returned with signs of use, damage, missing components, or missing original packaging, the refund amount may be reduced to reflect the loss in value. Any reduction will be agreed upon with the customer.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

2. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

3. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

4. Send the item to the confirmed return address and provide us with the shipment’s tracking number.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item’s condition, we will send you an email confirmation.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days after the item has been inspected and the refund approved. Any agreed adjustment for a loss in the item’s value will be reflected in the refund amount.
