It is very important that you send us some photos with sufficient quality so that the result is the best possible. Once we have the design ready, digital proof will be sent to you for your approval through Shopify Messages and Email before we start making your item to show it to you and for you to give us your consent before starting to make your personalized item.

Our warranty covers all products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will exchange it for a new one after returning the defective product.
All photo frame are guaranteed for 12 months.
